This flax linen tea towel was handmade in Tasmania in a disability service, and designed and hand printed in The Art of Words Studio. It features a beautiful illustration and words from a Christmas classic "on the first day of christmas, my true love sent to me a partridge in a pear tree".
We are aiming to use sustainable materials and that's why our tea towels are made out of beautiful linen. Linen is made from the flax fibre. Flax grows naturally and requires less water and fewer pesticides making it a more eco-friendly fabric. Because it’s a natural fibre, flax linen is recyclable and biodegrade. It is also a hard wearing fibre that will last you for many years!
